SECURITY and PAYMENT
We accept all Major Credit Cards.
All transactions are processed by Paypal who provide very high levels of security, to ensure sensitive information is never compromised.
If you would rather pay by cheque, please tick this option and send to the address provided and your goods will be despatched on cheque clearance.
PRIVACY
The personal information that we gather from you, will only be used by Nymet Notions Ltd to process your order and ensure the best possible service. ( It will only be used in accordance with the data protection act 1998. )
It will be held in accordance with our own internal security policy and the law.
The type of information we collect will be: your name, address, Email, Phone number and Credit/debit card details.
We may have to disclose information to service suppliers to complete and deliver your order.When you give us your personal information, you consent to us making this service available to you.

The information that we hold about you will be accurate and up tp date, You can check the information by emailing us, if you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it immediately.

DELIVERY
Delivery price includes postage and packging and are sent by:
ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS.
Please allow up to 10 days for delivery in busy periods, we endevour to send most packages within 24 - 48 hours.
Our Postage and Packing rate is ONLY £1.95.
Personalized items are handmade to order and may take up to one month to be completed.
RETURNS
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase please return in its original packaging within 14 days for a full refund.
In the unlikely event that any products are found to be faulty, Please retun within 30 days and we will be happy to exchange them.
Please keep proof of postage for any items returned.
CANCELLATION
You are entitled to cancel your contract, if you wish to do so,please telephone immediately and we will cancel your order, if it has not already been despatched.
AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability, we will inform you as soon as possible if any goods you have ordered are unavailable.
PRICES
Prices are correct at time of publishing and include VAT where applicable.
It may be necessary to change prices from time to time including any alterations to VAT.Any price alterations will be confirmed to you at the time you order.
